Refund policy
For purchases made online, refunds and exchanges are accepted (if requirements met) within 21 days of the purchase date. For purchases made in-store, refunds are accepted (if requirements met) within 7 days of the purchase date and exchanges are accepted (if requirements met) within 21 days of purchase date. Refunds and exchanges may be rejected if any of the following conditions for your item(s) are true.
- Shows signs of use.
- Is not in original packaging.
- Was sized, customized, modified and/or engraved.
- Is a custom design.
- Is a special order.
- Is an estate piece.
- Is a gift card, battery, watch band or ring guard.
- Was purchased at a sale, discounted, or special price.
- Was processed and shipped within the time allotted by FTC Guidelines.
Returns requested as a result of long or delayed shipping times will be rejected as shipping times are provided by third parties (USPS, UPS, FedEx...) and are out of our control. Returns requested as a result of processing times will be considered if an item's processing time exceeded 30 days, as set forth by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) guidelines, and you were not notified. Refunds
Follow the instructions for "Return Shipping" on this page. Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on processing times.
If your refund is rejected we may,
- Offer you an exchange or store credit.
- Ship the item(s) back to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. We are not responsible for items left with us for longer than 30 days.
Exchanges
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, then you will be allowed to exchange the item(s) for other item(s). If after the exchange you are still owed a credit, you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card. Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date issued. If your store credit is not used within 5 years it is terminated and your funds will no longer be redeemable.
Sale, discount and special priced items.
Only an item purchased at regular price may be refunded. Any item sold at a discounted, special or sale price is not eligible for a refund.
Special Order Items
Special order items are not eligible for a refund. Special order items require longer processing times before shipping. We adhere to the FTC guidelines which allow up to 30 days for an item to be shipped unless otherwise noted.
Customized Items
Any custom or modified item is not eligible for a refund or exchange. This includes designs, custom designs, custom modifications, C.A.D.s (Computer Aided Designs), and any item that was sized or engraved. If an item was modified in anyway at your request it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s). Any shipping costs paid at the time your order was placed are non refundable.
To receive an exchange or refund please contact us first for a return authorization. Return Authorization is required. We are not responsible for items shipped to us without a return authorization. Items without a return authorization will not be refunded and may be lost.
To return your product, you should first contact us for a return authorization. Once authorized, mail your item(s) to the following address and be careful NOT to say “Jewelers” for security purposes:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that your item(s) will be received because we are not responsible for third party mailing services (USPS, UPS, FedEx and more).
